Hey @richard how about a Metroidvania mini game jam. You’d probably have to extend the deadline for this because Metroidvania games can take a wile.

Wasn’t planning to, sorry
However, the core mechanic is actually already coded in so if you’d like to I’m okay with you taking it and finishing it. All that’s left to do to is add more levels with their real and fake tilemaps. I guess the only real functionality missing is the ladders, but I’m sure you can figure out how to do that yourself
