I think its fun, but i didn’t exactly understand it. Idk what to do with the score or the items and whatnot. Maybe once it releases on the forum with instructions. The art is definitely nice.

Nice little timing and/or button mashing challenges. If i had to nitpick, the art between charcters and the minigames is very inconsistent.

Hyper Speed
The fast pace is quite fun, but the controls do take a while to get used to. I still have only won the first track.
If i had to design different controls, i’d make it so A and B turn you based on their direction relative to eachother (so B turns you left and A turns you right) and steering would be done by the D-pad in a way that matches your current direction.
Of course, i haven’t tested this so i can’t say its better or worse than the controls ingame.
Yeah, the controls are definatly the weakest part of the game. I decided on WASD with Q and E because that worked the best with local multiplayer as is.
Please note: I haven’t submitted the finished product, only a demo, and while it may look horribly unfinshed, Pixel Pistons is being brought to another level, another day…
