I was inspired by @VoxelMaster64 so I made this! (Not voxels)

Controls:

  • WASD/Arrows, move
  • A btn/Space btn, jump
  • Mouse move and drag, angle change

Computer recommended!

UPDATES SOON:

  • More blocks
    -Shadow
  • Angle looking change
  • Music
  • More block varieties (Wool, stone, plain dirt, etc.)

looks good so far! Most games or engines (including mine) usually start with something basic, then get more complex later on. For the future, I wound line to know more what a bloxel (in assuming its a joke and not an actual word) is, and since a voxel is a cube on a 3D grid, I’m guessing for now that a bloxel is a square on a 2D grid. The fact that the rotation extension is missing done pixels is annoying, but other than that, you should definitely add more! Also, for most games, the gravity looks more like this:

if (jumpKey.isPressed()) yVelocity = -20
yPosition += yVelocity
yVelocity += yAcceleration

I am also watching this thread now so you don’t have to @ me every time! Also as a theory, it might make sense to have the tile(s) as a tilemap somehow?

I think that browser events works on the phone, at least for “mouse” movement and left clicking, but it’s very finicky when dragging
