Can someone animate a sprite for me

I’m working on this bullet hell game with the boss who has wings. Can someone help me and make the idle animation for the boss with the animation including it flapping it wings. The sprite should be called the Phoenix

Try it yourself! Find a image of what exactly you are gonna make (if not possible, a rough close image would do) then use that image as a reference

I’d do the game mechanics first, then the animation
