Can you help develop my Pokemon Game?

I created a Pokemon-esque game but it never seems to work. There are all the assets left. I tried to make a random spawn system but it dosen’t work. It would mean the world if you can help me create the code, features, music, etc.

I can’t help with the tile map. But I do have sprites you can steal from me of Blastoise (Back sprite) and Arbok (Front sprite)

Ok, so I’m kinda busy but I was able to lay out some of the basic building blocks for a good tilemap, so that you can add on or get rid of some of the stuff you don’t like. Heres the link new tilemap
