Help with Undyne-like turn-around bullets

I have semi-recently decided to make an Undertale-like battle. (As I am obsessed with Undertale/Deltarune.) I got inspiration from @nugits project fight a guy. (I know him IRL.) Basic rule of thumb:

If I can’t code in a script because I don’t know what to write, write it in blocks then look at the JavaScript code
