I’ll add some tips i guess.
i’m not amazing at makecode songs YET but i play violin so I can give some general music advice to help.
For beginners who aren’t good at music (someone already said this) you should just focus on making scales into songs.
I only play trble clef, so i dont know bass, but f and c are the main notes you make sharp if you want an energetic song. If you want more minor, have f and c natural, but if youre going for a western song, e and b are really good as flats. if anyone wants to know more, they can ask me i guess, and i can give a more detailed explanation.

also i forgor to mention this but while you are still working out how to make good songs, look up sheet music to transfer into makecode to make a good song, but also to learn strategies fo good song making. also probably just start with one sound type until you finish most of the song, and then you can add countermelodies and stuff. im not an expert in song making (i like playing more) and im DEFINETLY not the best at makecode songs, but this is just some general advice in the world of music theory.
