Makecode finally has chess! I have created a fun, easy-to-use chess program with only a few drawbacks. One is that pieces must be manually destroyed once taken (move them to the white or brown zones depending on their color OR just incinerate them using the red zone) and I’m pretty sure that’s it. The pieces snap into place satisfyingly and everything, much like real chess, is up to the players when it comes to game logic.

awe! this is sick! suggestion to use mouse controls OR lrud (left right up and down) so pc users can just use mouse

This is really nice! I love the art style, but do you think it’s possible if you hover over a piece, it tells you what the piece is? It’d be simpler, and make it look more refined! Love the game.

Thanks! Also I’m bad with extensions so I don’t know how to put controls for the mouse. Believe me, I’ve tried.
