My pitch: In CK4 for one round instead of having a ā€˜themeā€™ you have a popular makecode game to get inspired from! So, you could have a roundā€™s inspiration be the makecode forums game or something, and everyone would play the game and find a way to be inspired off it. (Hopefully this would drive players to choose a truly inspiring idea they love, although iā€™m no host!)

Welp, its official, CK4 is coming back to the forums. I plan on starting CK4 somewhere in July, mb August

To answer your question, double eliminations may be possible to add in, now is all just a matter on how many people will forfeit during the comp
