I don’t mind so much, as the entire platform is open-source, enabling everyone to learn from one another. It would have been nice if something was different, then just the ‘two exclamation mark’
We actively encourage “copying” and remixing games on MakeCode! Many of our users are younger or this is their first experience with coding, so even reading through someone else’s code without changing much is a useful learning exercise.
I am all for it. I agree with you, sharing knowledge it the best way to learn. Certainly learning by example can sometimes be better then just reading how to make a game. A player is able to even debug certain parts of game to better understand why the code was written that way.
