I have an idea on making the game
Maybe you can farm the potatoes and spend some points and time to turn them into stuff like french fries. You can sell the french fries for more points than potatoes.

Being able to convert potatoes to french fries or chips should be an upgrade.
Get 10% more money if you convert potatoes to chips and get 20% more money if you convert potatoes to french fries. Although the machines can only process a certain amount of potatoes an hour.
So if you have 1 machine that processes 3600 potatoes per hour then even if you put in 7200 potatoes it will still only process 3600 potatoes and the rest go direct to selling plain. But if you have 2 machines, then it will process alll 7.2K potatoes.

Thats a cool idea. maybe you can also youse the money to buy upgrades that let you farm faster or like an auto farm feature. You could also use the money to buy more farms.
