ngl What you’ve got going on so far is cool but the game kinda looks like those platformers you would find on scratch. In general its giving me scratch vibes. Thats not a bad thing, personally I enjoy it. I would like it if you implemented a spare option during though, like from Undertale.
Anyways Platformertale is looks very smooth and the fighting (press at the right moment bar) looks amazing!

Well i mean if he went full Undertale with the spare option do you know how long it would take him with the multiple endings and stuff? we Don’t want this to turn into a laggy mixed mess like pixel smash, that game actually almost fried my pc it made really bad sound after checking the code. (Though apparently Undertale wasn’t coded very well so maybe? and it would be cool if he made the sparing like Undertale)
Oh no not like full on routes or whatever, but more like Deltarune, were you can choose to be nice or evil but it doesn’t really effect the overall story

- Complete turn based combat system!
- Replaced The DEFEND option with COUNTER!
(Using Counter will lower your DEFENSE for one turn. If your opponent attacks you while counter is active, you can STRIKE BACK ignoring your enemies defense stats!)
- Losing a battle will send you back to your last save point!
- Battle Music! (Best song ive made in makecode by a long shot :]

You get 3 skill slots:
-
one for the weapon you have equipped (typically used for offense)
-
one for the scarf you have equipped (basically armor) you have on (typically used for stat boosting)
-
and one miscellaneous skill (like chanting or focusing or smth)
Oh I had forgotten about the actual skill attacks. I was also thinking xp->level up->skill point
I love the skill slots idea though. Can’t wait to see how it is implemented
