Hello there forum friends! Here is a little buggy game I’ve been working on. It’s called Gliders and it is based around…well, Gliders! This is just a taster It’s my first game I have posted on the Makecode forums :smiley:Gliders 1.0 by @OrigamiArtist Enjoy and give me feedback.

Submit your own glider!!

If you want to submit a glider into this game then read these rules

  • The color palette must be Arcade
  • The image has to be at least 20x30 or anything near that.
  • Make it exciting and don’t worry, I will add credits.

Here are the parts that I need help with:

  1. When the plane takes off, It crashes onto the other side of the tilemap- I don’t know how to fix that.

  2. Landing (same difficulty with taking off)

  3. If you notice a bug, report it to me please!

  4. And that’s all. Have fun!
    -Don’t copy anything from my game please.

Ah yes, I have spotted another bug: the name appears to be the one placed in from the latest round…WHAT!!??! How did that even happen!?? :face_with_open_eyes_and_hand_over_mouth:

I’m now going to try to complete more of ‘Gliders’, It’s a bit too unfinished…

Hey @OrigamiArtist ! I noticed you’re not calling your array at the start of the game, causing it to not play for everyone! I fixed it up, so I hope you don’t mind. I also like the game a ton when I played it!

Thanks! I posted the wrong link! Unfortunately, I posted the old, broken version. The fixed version of ‘Gliders’ got deleted somehow. Thanks for helping!

sry I have not responded what I meant was you know what Space Rocks Revenge is that’s the topice so anyway I don’t mean like fully 3d I mean just like a overlay like u could do a sprite over a background of the cockpit of a jet or plane…

Oh that’s cool, but I like how the game layout is. I might do a remaster with 3d or like you suggested.
