You would probably have to make the water tiles manually. You might be able to get a tile, flip it over, then move segments around to get the waviness of the water, then finally put blue around it. I don’t think making actual reflections in makecode would be possible (unless you use a lot of math to draw to the background simulate this and it would be laggy to render more than a few reflections every frame.) Consoles like the N64, or even as new as the 3ds used rendering the same polygons (but upside down) under the water which are above the water (sometimes with a wavy effect to be more realistic).
