Use the character animation extension. This extension offers various ways to face other objects and your own object, along with different cool animating effects. Here is how you can make it to face all specific ways.
This means it will face to the right side and then make your other object on the specific side you want so it is facing to that other object. In the beginning, you might see it will say not moving, but click on it or the drop-down menu right beside it and scroll down until you see it, then you are done.
