I’ve never seen this before… Can anyone explain?
What it looks like is Makecode is made or at least uses an Engine called Scramjet to some capacity?

We do not use Scramjet. I haven’t heard of it until you posted about it. I mentioned this to the team and the conclusion is that it is likely that Scramjet is something that your school district or otherwise uses as a proxy. This might mean that your school or wherever you might be opening your game does not have the simulator allow-listed. You can visit this to find out: https://arcade.makecode.com/domains. The trg-arcade domain not being reachable would be the issue.
