The droidcam supports 480p (4:3), 720p (4:3) and 720p (16:9). The earlier setting was 480p(4:3) and now I just tested 720p(16:9) and this one seems to be working. However the app also mentions that the mobile battery will drain faster and heat up for 720p so If it is possible to also use 480p(4:3), it would be helpful but just a “nice to have”. Thanks again for the pointer about (16:9).
I’ve settled on 16:9 otherwise i cannot take advantage of 1080p resolutions. It gets really tricky to combine both 4:3 and 16:9 in the layout… so get a vent for the droid
Great suggestion!!! I just fixed this bug and we’ll play your video in a loop. Also startVideo/endVideo also support YouTube now… (unfornatly no transparency so it’s not really appropriate for stinger transitions)
It turns out that’s really a pain to create those stinger videos because of the transparency… green screen is now applied to them as well as need (as we support multiple stingers to spice things up).
We started creating stingers… using stop motion. We could also create animations in arcade, and erase the green background.
I have been changing the configuration options to try them, and now I want to go back to the predefined configuration options… I don’t find that option and I think it would be useful. I’m picturing a “Go back to predefined settings” button next to the “Export settings to file” and “Import settings from file” in the configuration window.
In the “Paint” section of the configuration window, it allows to choose the available emojis. It would be very useful to be able to select the emoji from a dropdown with all the emojis.
