Is this a makecode bug?

Expected behavior:
The big asteroid when broken should explode into 5 smaller asteroids
Actual behavior:
The small asteroids spawn on a random big asteroid when directed to do so on the one that was broken.

Well at least it is a fun game!
I made it to level 51
(Auto laser deactivates that level for a harder twist (unintentional bug but I kept it.).)

Now that I see, the on destroyed and on created events are acting opposite for some reason…

Can you share the code?

Here is the latest version. so far I only have donkey kong, asteroids, and space galaga
