Makecode arcade has secret extensions!

SECRET EXTENSIONS!!
I found them by typing every letter of the alphabet in the extension search bar, to avoid confusion as much as possible: i searched for a then selected every secret extension until they were all loaded then i went to b then c etc

that extension lets you do stuff like writing “hello” into your computer by pressing A on your meowbit, not stuff like getting input from keyboard into the meowbit.

i know, i have an on screen keyboard for it and i can program it so that you can use it as a keyboard for devices if you dont have one

i can also use the gyroscrope as a mouse

Hey folks! These are all hidden for a reason, you probably don’t want to use them in any of your games. Some of them are very old extensions that we deprecated, some are used internally by us, some are just confusing…

For example, keyboard and mouse do not in fact let you use a keyboard and mouse in your game! They are for making hardware devices pretend to be keyboards and mice when connected to a computer via USB. Nobody understood this so we hid them
