You don’t have to comment on everything

Can I work on some art for the game?

@windoman, and @TZG, anyone can make art for the game, and I’ll probably add it! Tracks (512x512), charactors (32x32?), and more are acceptable (see the above post). I want art! (as I’m not the best)

How much tracks are you planning to make in the game?

Also, for now, only back moving left, back moving right, and back moving forward character animations need to be made as the game’s only single player for the moment.

I’m planning to have at least 32 tracks, but if this gets popular, I’ll add more slots for more tracks.

Wait you can copy and paste code from other projects? It didn’t work for me.

You can copy/paste images from the image editor! Just highlight it with marquee tool and do ctrl+c, then to ctrl+v on the other project that you want to paste it to! (Windows has ctrl key, I think Mac is different)

Can you destroy 3d images? From what I’ve seen, they don’t seem to have a type. I also couldn’t find the location of the extension you made. I just want to know because I’d like to make projectiles in games and other animated stuff.

The 3D images don’t need to be destroyed, they only have a lifetime of a single animation frame. They don’t use resources once you stop drawing them.

There isn’t an extension for my code currently, the code is in the renderer.ts file which you can see in the left panel file explorer in JavaScript mode. Is that what you meant?

bro please stop

I like the idea… but this is Makecode Kart. In my mind, this isn’t Mario Kart Arcade, but instead its own thing, Makecode Kart. You can definitely make your own character art and I’ll put it into the game, and you can make a track out of the character too, but probably don’t make replicas of Nintendo’s work (even though it is technically allowed on the forum).

yep, thx!

What does that have to do with anything
