I making a emulator for a Cpu(Central processing unit) and I need Bitwise operaters or like changing from base 2/binary(01) to base 10/decimal(0123456789) and that kind of stuff dose anyone know any extensions or people that can help me with this? (I would rather not have to code this in.)
