How do I make it so you can’t just repeatedly jump, or like, have it paused until you reach the ground

Have a variable that counts how many times you jump, and when it’s greater than like, 2, then disable jumping. Once you hit the floor, reset the variable.

Put the jump inside a if hitting wall bottom.

@Local_momo, use an if then statement. There should be a block/ prewritten piece of code that allows you to check if a sprite is hitting a wall in any direction. Set that to bottom, and put it in the if then statement. There you go, you can only jump on the ground.
