Well, it’s been a while.
You call that a while? It’s been like a year since you’ve said ANYTHING!
I got busy with other stuff, okay? Anyway, I decided to return to my most popular game “Mario Kart MakeCode.” So, here’s version 3.
Are there computer players? No. Just ignore Luigi. I left him in for emotional support.
Are there new items? Absolutely not. No item boxes for the majority of the tracks even.
Did I fix any bugs? A few. Most of them caused by my own stupidity.
Alright, enough rambling. Here’s the darn project.
Presenting Mario Kart MakeCode 3.0! The major thing this one adds is…
MORE TRACKS!! 7 new tracks for a total of 8! That’s two whole cups! We have both retro tracks and new tracks! In addition, the music has been updated. I took some old MIDI files and used a MIDI to MakeCode arcade converter to add beautiful sounding music to the game, now you can listen to unique music for each track instead of… whatever that was in the last iteration of the game.
Track list, in order of appearance
- N64 Royal Raceway (the original)
- My own custom track that I couldn’t think of a name for (whoops)
- N64 Choco Mountain
- Switch 2 Mario Circuit (The Mario Circuit from the new Mario Kart World, which is the first 3 SNES Mario Circuits stitched together in a big layout.)
- Wii Wario’s Gold Mine (my personal favorite)
- DS Waluigi Pinball
- N64 Yoshi Valley (this one’s hard, good luck)
- Rainbow Road (I made a new RR just for this game)
If you have any suggestions (features, new tracks, what to call the unnamed track I made, etc) be sure to tell me.
