Meowbit stuck on duck screen

Hi, I got my meowbit recently. Now I’m trying to upload a game to the device, but nothing really works. It always shows the duck screen as below:

Hi @wwwang have you tried doing this?
While it’s connected and on though use press the reset button.
Or connect it to use and then turn it on.

Thanks for the help. Yes, it worked. I am pretty i tried the same thing, but never worked. But my daughter came to try and it worked.
