No. But there are alternative tools you can use to make you’re music. Such as (if you’re familiar) with RTTL, MML, MIDI, etc.
I really don’t know much about it so I would suggest just researching on extensions and it works:

Not unless you do what @CodaKnight said, or you can use a “play tone (hz)” block.
Btw MIDI to MakeCode Arcade converter…again is far better than Arcade MIDI, you should try that
if you press j you can get G#, but that’s it.
