I was making a tilemap level, and I wanted to test out one specific part, so I took the rest out and kept it in my clipboard. Of course, leaving my pc in sleep overnight it got force shutdowned
The issue is that my level is now practically entirely gone, because the only place I had it stored was in my clipboard. The only other way to get it is if someone from the @MakeCode team can somehow exctract an older version from my cloud save. Please, I’m desparate.

My level is in a tilemap under the if statement id == 5 in the loadLevel function. Please help!
Okay, I might have blown that a little out of proportion, it was more like 2 hours. Still, my point stands, it’s a lot of wasted time, and I really don’t feel like doing it again because I think the OG layout I made was really good, and there’s no way I can recreate it now, I just don’t remember it exactly…
Maybe you also could please point this guy in the right direction, given your proven field of expertise in this area and maybe overlapping fields of interests?

-Periodical system images, save some older ones just in case. No userdata and not all programs installed to C: to reduce image size. Back up other non WIndows stuff by other means.
Still going strong, soon 14 years on the same WIndows installation, of course with a couple of Windows and hardware upgrades on the way. Occasional BSOD, but far between, due to some very old drivers, apps and services, and can live with that.
Yeah, I know windows has built-in system restore but I never set that up. I kind of wanted to reinstall windows for a while to clean it up, so this is a good opportunity anyway. I haven’t had a crash in a few days now, maybe it’s over(?)
Yep, that’s going to be great! @eanders kind of did this process with me manually, but it’s really going to be a great feature when everyone will be able to recover their work without bothering the team!
