I put my xtron on the plug and its not lighting up. can someone suggest a solution?

Most likely it broke. If it’s new it is probably broken. Does the little led indicator light up?

try using a different charging cable

no, its like the USB port is broken.

I’ve tried using all my cables, that did not work.
