And the sprite is a boss by @Luke and kinda looks like a bunch of my sprite stuck together so it could fit as a boss. Right?
I know it’s a bit late to comment on the music comment but you didn’t say what kind of music you wanted when I was making it. Also I didn’t feel the need to make more music until boss one. And for the kart level my idea (I am not on that team) I think it would be like something is chasing you and the only way to outrun it is a kart (a mariokart).
i got the reference sheet (finally)! everyone make TWO enemies, with animations. @Brainstorm_Studios got the deep one and caster done but if you could scale them down that would be great. we also need 2 more to replace Make One and Make Two. after you finish, start making tilesets for an area. MAKE SURE TO SAY WHAT ENEMIES YOU’RE MAKING. we don’t want duplicates.

ghostling: move left, move right, death
caster: shoot left, shoot right, death
spiky: move forward in all 4 directions (he climbs on walls), death
@pecan4, i have no clue how to use github, can you post an explanation?
also, we need core mechanics like weapons and various area mechanics before things like multiplayer.

Maybe think about themes for different enemy types
Like for each section of the map/game there would be different types and themes
I think the overarching theme could be like possession (like how player has a skull hat) for npcs or all living stuff
For The Depth’s of HELL we could have an enemy kind of like the Boos from Mario. When in the bark they’re only eyes so it would be hard to see them but in the light they would be visible and could have a little panic-y sprite before they run away.
