it’s not crying, it’s a sort of rhetorical way to use it, if you know what I mean, but I’m trying to say how ineffective using that poll is, and how it generally wasn’t effective on how it displayed itself in the beginning. I doubt anyone would get that from what I said but still, it was meant to (sort of) laugh at the ineffectiveness of that poll when it came to that decision. I can see why people asked me why I put a “crying emoji” so that’s fair.
