Flying Battery! Nice! Also, just curious, what is the plot of Sonic Planetary? I’d like to know because I’m interested in making a little comic that serves as a prequel to this game, like the prequel comic for the unofficial 16-bit remake of Sonic Triple Trouble. I won’t do this if you don’t want me to, it’s just a lil friendly offer.

Another good question 
First of all. sure, you can make a comic if you want to. Anyways the plot of Sonic Planentary is the Dr. Eggman has created a brand-new Weather controlling machine allowing him to morph environments and all that. If you need something more in depth just let me know cus there’s alot of stuff i don’t wanna give away yet and alot of stuff I’m too lazy to explain rn but can later

Nice! But before I start, here’s a couple of questions:
Which characters will be in Sonic Planetary?
Does Sonic Planetary take place in the Classic or Modern timeline?
Does the Master Emerald appear in Sonic Planetary?

Not really sonic chaos in particular but kinda. I did reference alot of sonic 8-bit art in the early development stages but i mostly went for a style somewhere between sonic’s 8-bit games and 16-bit MegaDrive/Genisis games. If there was an 8-bit game that had the most influence on the project it’d either be Sonic Tripple Trouble (8-bit ofc) and Sonic chaos kinda.
- The usual, Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, and amy. With Eggman too. There could be more but idk yet and some i just don’t wanna give away yet
- I did take some creative liberties with the timeline. The story is in the modern timeline
- At the moment there aren’t any plans to have the master emerald

Here’s a little sneak peak of the prequel comic! Knuckles is having some flashbacks to previous adventures. Anyone remember these moments? (Note that this is not the final product, and as of now I’ve only finished 2 pages lol)
