Mr WegaWobble is an out-of-this-world limbless human being who can hear everything and has his own city (Wegania City). He can be seen roaming the streets of the city or in his dorm room. Mr WegaWobble is a human being. Since he can hear literally everything, his ears were also built to cancel out sound instead of hearing everything possible. This can be useful for chasing down someone or listening in. He has 2 siblings: Mr WoogaWibble, who can see everything, and The Gigantic Ears, who is the hero of Wegania City.
