I’ll just help out by accurately adding Sonic’s physics. Also, for the music, I recommend downloading the MIDI files for the tracks from the Japanese version of Sonic CD and running them through a tool that converts MIDIs into code that can be used in MakeCode Arcade.

I also recommend using The Sprites Resource; it’s a website where you can view Sonic’s animation frames as well as the game levels, and it allows you to see the pixel sheets.
Here’s a very small sneak peek; I’ll continue working on it tomorrow. I should mention, though, that this version won’t be exactly like Sonic CD. It’s not because the development team is lacking—it’s simply because the console has very strict limitations. So, it won’t be identical to Sonic CD.
