This is Woof. She is an enemy because it doesn’t look like there are a lot of those in here. She is all bite and no bark. Her small size makes her fast and tough to hit! This is ripped from my Teeny Tiny Cat game so all the animation code can theoretically be ripped from there (I give you my permission of course). You can change stuff if you want but preferably don’t change her size and how she looks because I think tiny cat should stay tiny!
