We could use El Thankito as the villain. He’s a Southern Californian dude from the 90s stuck in the clown juic dispenser (Which exclusively dispenses Painful Huckleberry Soda)

He always tries to use Mexican slang but messes up horribly.

His motives? He wants to post meaningless brainrot games on the forums and he pretends everyone likes him even tho no one does.
