you could use the browser events extension, assuming your on a computer/have a keyboard

that would be easier if makecode made namespaces in blocks and, but in js you can do:

namespace userconfig { 
    export const ARCADE_SCREEN_WIDTH = 120
    export const ARCADE_SCREEN_WIDTH = 160
}

I think you could do that with multiple sprites, but there are probably some better methods

You could make your own, I wouldn’t imagen it to be too hard.

this is only to show that a lot of the things that you suggested already exist, its not to make you feel bad or anything. A lot of the suggestions you made were good ones, like this one, “happy townsperson npc. Their smiling face is visible both back and front.”
