529 error, device remains busy, Thonny or Mu cannot access device

I am stucked completely.

Device is busy or does not respond. Your options:

wait until it completes current work;
use Ctrl+C to interrupt current work;
use Stop/Restart to interrupt more and enter REPL.

Hi,

In the meantime I have got the microbit working again by loading several hex files I have got from the internet.

I am not sure which one has cured my problem
