I do like it and here is what I have to say:
pros:
-cool idea to add the tear and the static
-you made the smart movement work! (you could adapt that to recreate First Person Pac-man)
cons:
-that static/tear is a little clunky and I think its all little to thick (but thats just me)
-the map could be more interesting
-no jump scare?
-no sound?
-YOU COPYED ME?!?
