Any Support for using a LEGO NXT Temperature Sensor?

Hi There,

I love the Makecode support for EV3 as I work with Primary aged students and allowing them to use the same platform with micro:bits and EV3 bricks is a real bonus.

I have a good collection of NXT sensors that I would love to be able to use with EV3 and makecode but I see that there is no support for these. I also have some EV3 sensors so not a big issue for most things but I note that there is no EV3 temperature sensor. I am wondering if there is any way to use the NXT temperature sensor with the EV3 and code it using Makecode?

Interesting thought!

I don’t know how much the dev team can still assist with the EV3 editor.

Personally, I’m looking forward to picking up an EV3 set. I’ll be sure to pick up an NXT set at the same time to see how we might get the temperature sensor to work.
