Can I convert uf2 to gba or nds, so it works on mij NDS?
short answer is “no”.
long answer is “yes” but it would likely require you to either implement your own compiler or some sort of emulator that would allow the games to work on those devices which would be pretty difficult to pull off (but godspeed if you want to try!)
