What midi editor do you use? I use Musescore, but Microsoft DOS: A. Didnā€™t have natural support for MIDIā€™s, and B, barely got to see midi.

i set the treeā€™s sprite image to wavy leaves basically its like the screen effect but the leaves image is the screen

I do the method of keeping a reference tilemap with every single tile. then i just copy paste that into the tilemap i need and use the eyedropper shortcut (holding alt+click) to select the tiles.

seach up DosMidi. itā€™s an unofficial midiplayer for MS-DOS. Since Iā€™m using DosBox, I can emulate the Roland mt-32.

Iā€™m pretty new myself (August 2024). Iā€™ve seen a lot of people talk about how ā€œthe Makecode Forums are getting worseā€. ā€œMass exodusā€. ā€œGolden Ageā€. If youā€™re one of the people who has objected about the decline on the forums, donā€™t take this seriously, I mean no offense, but it seems to me like we should just embrace the new, and respectfully say our goodbyes to the past.

Honestly, the forums have become more off-topic, and social media-esque, so Iā€™m not saying we should let it die. Iā€™m just saying, while encouraging the new ones to keep on topic and create amazing games, we should forget the old ones. People like @AbstractDesigner were great. But they left.

The Forums suffered a decline, but I think weā€™re getting back up there.
