@AlexK or @Richard, any mod who can help with this, I am thinking of using makecode arcade through visual studios code but is there an external art editing tool that works with that?

A version of the asset editor is available in the Visual Studio Code extension, so you have the same asset editors that you have in the web version of MakeCode Arcade.

Also another question for mods, if I am using the vs studio code plugin how do I access the browser events extension because it doesn’t seem to show up when I search for it and I can’t seem to find where you originally posted the extension.

My game story
Once again, Weyland-yutani corps send a research party to capture live Xenomorphs for research. The mission is a complete failure. Trapped on a slowly depressurizing ship, the player and their crew must find their way to the escape pod. Unfortunately, the Xenomorphs are all on the loose, hunting crew members and the player. Coming in late 2025! 
What's a Xenomorph?
Xenomorphs are carnivorous monsters that were created after genetic alteration of black goo, which is pure life.
What's the Weyland-Yutani Corps?
The Weyland-Yutani Corps are a tyrannical company and pursuit of eternal life and pure financial gain. They have led many research parties, in which all have failed.
