Not sure if you read on the Cat Co Announcement Topic, but it was put on Hiatus! Issues with Makecode ruined a lot of the plans we had, so that was put on pause- Lots of other things are happening in the meantime!

did you know that history repeats itself (I think ) and the virtual boy was a flop so i dont think it work be recieved very well
Note this probaly doesnt mean anything so i dont see why knot (yes there is a k there deal with it)

the virtual boy used 4 shades of red/black, so you can get two things from that:

  • the gameboy only used four colors but look at what a success it was!
  • any amount of colors (or just colors overall) would be received fine! just take a look at lospec!

The Gameboy gets an excuse, because it chose pretty soft colors, but the Virtual Boy didnā€™t use softer colors, it was more bright, which meant that long play sessions would hurt your eyes.

but im not talking about the virtiual boy, im talking about just using 3/4 colors overall, just because one console that flopped used 4 colors doesnt mean you cant.
