3D games in makecode are generally going to be laggy. 3D rendering takes a lot of processing and that causes lag. Any lag on top of that will be noticable. The only things you can really do are update the enemy sprites less often (every 100 ms is still 10 times per second!) and have fewer entities, maybe by making XP despawn after 30 seconds or something like that. You can use the lifetime attribute to make the XP destroy after 30 seconds by setting its lifetime to 30,000.
