Wow, 100 days.
It really feels like I’ve been in this community forever. This is one of the- no scrap that: THE most helpful and kind community I’ve been in. Y’all have been so nice and supportive.
In the beginning, the other studio member was mean. I was afraid that that would lead to people not liking me. But I can see clearly that that was not the case. In the short time I have been here, I have recieved 2.1k likes, and have 814 replies. I got the Empathetic and Crazy in Love badges in less than 3 months of being here, and have 12 Nice Replies. I think it’s safe to say that I’ve become an accepted member of this community (this sounds real narcissistic for some reason).
The forum has become like an everyday part of my life now. I check it every morning and every night, desperately hoping that I have a notification. I feel literal excitement whenever I go onto this forum, partially because I feel like this is a community where I’m liked. No wonder I’ve visited every day since the day I’ve joined.
All of this to say, I am really glad I get to be a part of this community. I really didn’t think it was going to become so important to me.
I’m not perfect. I’ve made mistakes.
Yeah… that was pretty dumb. And not to point fingers at anyone but I didn’t make it. The other studio member did. I’m not the best at coding.
This was an instance where I was not looking at my code closely enough. I’ve criticized others (@ShadowWhisker) a lot about this, even though I make the same mistake all the time. Should I stop? I feel like I’m victimizing myself…
I’d also like to thank a couple of people.
@VoxelMaster64 - you have liked literally more than a third of all my posts and have been super helpful to my coding problems. So thanks.
@kirbob - you have also liked more than a third of my posts for no apparent reason. And you were nice to me. So thank you.
@CodaKnight - you have been really nice and super helpful in Sword Studios as a member. Thank you.
@Hulahoop - super kind, liked a lot of my posts, and encouraging. Thank you, @Hulahoop.
@YamJam - super skilled music creator, also helped a lot in Sword Studios. I give you my thanks.
All the rest of you that I didn’t mention, thank you too. I hope I can stick around for a long, long, time.
