Stop it future! You’re causing trouble with your alts. That’s the reason why they’re taking these precautions. I’m simply using mine solely in case something happens to my account. The same with many others.

Hello there. It’s been a while since I’ve ever been here, it’s been about three months holding this in. The reason as to why I haven’t interacted in any way other than replying in the forum is because I’ve lost interest in MakeCode Arcade, and MakeCode as a whole. I’ve decided I should move on to traditional programming languages aside from PXT and Blockly, such as Python. I gradually lost interest in programming with certain limitations starting in August 2023, a month when my activity really started to drop.
Likewise, I remained silent for a long while, not saying much more than a few replies. I didn’t want to leave the community until I realised that it wasn’t my thing anymore. Then, I accepted that I had to move on back in mid-April 2024, and my account was abandoned for two months. I had nothing to say, nothing to share, and nothing in my mind. I didn’t really… feel it anymore, you know? It hurts a lot to say this, as I’ve stuck to MakeCode since 2022 initially, and finally joined you all in the start of 2023. I’m not exactly sure of the date I joined the Forum with my old account, but I believe it was at the beginning of 2023, about January or December 2022. However, though, I might eventually return. I won’t post much and I won’t make any topics. Anyway, you could expect me replying to some little things about ten times a year, not more than that.
It is truly sad to write this, but I just needed to say this ever since April. I just couldn’t hold onto the concept of a fantasy-esque console anymore, and I thought it’d be better to not program any kind of games anymore, but rather serious programs or experiments. For example, my first Python project, Python Playground, was just a big UI for testing Python’s capabilities. It functioned somewhat like a game, but since then, I’ve grown out of the “game developer” phase.
Dearest MakeCoders of the world, you’ve all been really nice during my stay here, but now it’s time to leave. I’d like to ask you to reply with a “Farewell. ”, and now, I want to say…
…farewell, MakeCode.
Farewell.
we shall miss you
