Hello guys, I know it’s been a while.
If you guys were around what some have called the “Golden Age of MakeCode” (Summer '21), you might have known me as a technical user. Now part of my lack of activity was I forgot my login, BUT, I had also grown busy IRL.
It is true I have technically moved on from MakeCode, I have only moved on from it as my primary development platform. From last time you have seen me I have learned quite a bit of Java (not JS), C++, Racket, and Haskell. The reason for my partial return is a funny thing too, my friend has MakeCode on his APCSP course this and looked around the forums, and saw a couple of the Graveyard posts, and noticed I was one of the mentioned users. And Having found my login for a funny couple interactions, I felt it was fitting to sort of give off one big statement as sort of a proper goodbye for anyone interested. Do note this doesn’t mean I’ll close this tab and never enter the forums again no, this is just sort of that long due goodbye.
Going back through all my notifications and through old posts, it was sort of like a trip down memory lane, even though it actually wasn’t that long ago. To be honest, I’m also impressed I knew how to do some of the things I did back then. The forums helped me grow, both in the social aspect and the developer aspect. I learned how to collaborate with others, skills that helped me take a team to nationals and get 2nd place (will not mention what competition it was for personal safety reasons). I remember @Colethewolf’s stunning artworks, or @UnsignedArduino’s technical knowledge. There were of course many others but then if I mentioned them all this post would probably double in length.
To sort of make this kind of goodbye a little more official, I decided to not just make it a big wall of text and made a little art piece. Again, thank you all for having been a part of my journey, and to those who never met me, I hope these forums make a positive impact on you the same way they have for me.

Glad to hear that you’re doing well, @Agent_14 ! Congratulations on your accomplishment at nationals!
Racket and Haskell are on my short list of languages to learn. I’ve heard great things, and I really need to work on my functional programming skillset. It’s always good to have multiple programming paradigms in your toolkit, and functional programming just isn’t something I’ve spent a lot of time studying.
Do keep in touch and keep us posted on your continued accomplishments, big and small. We’re always here if you need anything. Just holler!

Hello Guys! I’m here to tell an announcement:
During the month of November, I won’t code or continue any game since in my country we have National Holidays. I will be kind of active in the forum, but I won’t share or continue any work since we have a LOOOOONG break and I wanna use it to res ta bit. Some days I won’t even be active, which is Nov. 3-5, 11, and 24.
