Could company like CodeNinjas use MakeCode Arcade for commercial purposes?

A good part of the day guys,

I was just wondering if the company that provides Coding Tutoring services use Make Code Arcade as a base for their curriculum etc. They advertise to potential franchisees that use of Microsoft Make Code Arcade curriculum, and I am not sure how ethical, or legal this is.

Our platform is open source, and Code Ninjas works with us voluntarily to make sure we’re all representing coding in the best possible light.
