Leveling Up

During each round, everyone will have a bar at the bottom of their screens tracking their exp gain. Reach the max will level you up, allowing you to upgrade one of your abilities. The max increases by 10 every time you level up (e.g. 110, 120. 130, etc.). You are able to level up around 4 times on average. You can gain levels over time, from using abilities, opening boxes, or killing saints. (There will still be a leveling system outside of the rounds to get Mastery/Milestone Skins).

I actually had some mock-up concepts for what I wanted them to look like:


These are just the original 4 saints.
Reflect and Shine has a spherical head unlike the others. Shine also will have a complete fresh model, i’m working on a reference sheet by the time this is posted.
If you can do 3D clothing that would be great, however you don’t have to if you don’t want.
Also, try not to use non-roblox ugc items.

this is my idea for the reflect model!
He is wearing Quinces hood (character thats gonna be in my game) and Reyces shirt! lore reasons for both:
Quinces cloak: as Quince was taking her final breaths, she gifted Reflect her hood, in order for him to remember her by.
Reyces shirt: A shirt reflect found that matched Reyces shirt, he attempted to spare Colossal (reyce) with it but failed and thats how he got the hole in it.
also the shoes are black because he lost all of his power in them

I’ve done nothing to Shine… The form he now takes is the result of his own inability to see that sometimes, You can’t be the hero you always wanted to be. He was Ignorant, I child, yes, but Ignorant nonetheless. This is his own fault, and he is Blissfully unaware.

Passive
Blissful Ignorance - Every time Shine hits a player they gain the Ignorance effect. Shine’s terror radius is lowered by 30% to the affected when not in chase. Makes the Saint drop ‘bliss’ orbs, one every 5 seconds and [10/20/35] upon being hit. Using M2 allows you to collect them to use your abilities. Shine also naturally gains orbs when near a saint but not in chase, he can only gain up to 60 bliss naturally. You can collect a total of 100 bliss orbs.

Abilities
(M1) Slap - Shine uses his right hand to attack in front of him dealing 20 dmg. 0.1 Wind-up. 1.8 CD
(M2) Bliss - Shine holds his left hand out, collecting any bliss within [15/20/25] studs of him. While collecting, Shine will have his other abilities locked until Bliss is toggled off. Reduces your speed [65%/40%/25%] while active and disables running. 5 CD
(1) Sidekick - Shine summons a minion at his location, the minion will slightly follow after Shine but staying at most 10 studs away. If a saint comes close to one, the minion will chase after them, dealing 5 damage and applying Ignorance if they hit them. Can only have [2/3/4] minions. If another is created, the first will disappear. Costs [25/20/15] bliss to use. 25 CD
(2) Blast off! - Shine can use this when near a minion. He picks them up and is able to throw them towards a saint creating an area of Fear where they land. If hit directly, deals [5/10/15] damage, gives Ignorance and fear [1/1/2], and regains [15/20/25] bliss. Puts Sidekick on cooldown upon use and destroys the minion thrown upon landing. [15/20/25] CD
(3) Devour - Shine jumps forward to try and bite down on any saint in front of him dealing [20/25/35] damage gives Fear [1/1/2]. If he misses, gain slowness 2 for [6/5/4] seconds. Costs [30/20/15] bliss to use but gives back [15/20/25] if landed. 20 CD
(4) Massacre - Shine takes 1.5 seconds to charge up before entering a frenzied state. Shine’s speed will be fixed at 32.5 and his turn speed will be reduced. If Shine hits anyone while in this frenzy, he will bounce off of them dealing [5/10/15] damage and regaining 5 bliss. Shine can bounce off each survivor once, if he hits one again he’ll grab them and throw them away ending the frenzy and dealing [15/20/25] extra damage and applying Fear [1/2/2]. If Shine hits a wall, he’ll bounce off of it and lose [10/10/5] bliss. Shine can disable this state by pressing the ability button again, saving the rest of his unspent bliss. Costs all bliss to use and spends 5 per second while in use. Running out of bliss ends it prematurely. 35 CD

Abilities
(1) Stand Strong - Reflect creates an [15/20/25] stud aura of Protection [1/2/3] for [5/6/8] seconds. If Reflect is hit the effect ends early. Once the effect ends naturally, Reflect gains 1 charge for his second ability. [30/30/45] CD
(2) Tank a Hit - While this ability has a charge, a chain will connect from Reflect to the nearest, lowest health survivor within 45 studs. It is only visible to Reflect. Once used, for 1 second, if the player chained to Reflect is hit by an attack the two will instead swap places. This will give the chained player Speed [1/1/2] and give the Sinner Slowness [1/2/2] for [3/3/4]. Reflect gets Invulnerability for 2 seconds from successful swaps. Requires 1 charge, can hold a max of [1/2/3], starts at 0. 35 CD

[X/X/X] = The Value’s difference between levels 0, 1, and 2 respectively.

I do know you posted a concept moveset for the sinners previously, and ultimately the choice is yours. However, i personally disliked the ammo system and supply box stuff, idk. Played more like a “guns blazing” charactet than a more tactical one with map control and traps (which i think makes more sense for an agent)

(I’m not good with numbers. He’s meant to be just slightly faster than saints, not too oprressive. His trapping can make up for his lack on a capacity to run you down. Can also play stealth by the low terror radius and thrown smoke bombs.)

Its an m1. Deals 20dmg

Q: Take Aim*
Blitz pulls out The Gun with a sound cue. After a brief windup, shoot a quick projectile in your facing direction. Upon hitting a wall or saint, explodes with an AoE damage thing, dealing [30,35,40] damage.

E: Sticky Shot
Pull out The Gun again (different, quieter sound cue) and after a very slight windup, shoot a quite fast projectile. If it hits a saint, applies slowness [2,3,3] for 1s. If it hits a wall, becomes a Sticky Trap, that will be there forever and apply slowness [1,2,2] for 5s.

R: Smoke Bomb
If ability is held, carefully lay down a Smoke Bomb on the floor. Activates when a Saint goes near it, and makes their screen harder to see for 10s. Also does [15,20,20] damage.
If ability is quickly tapped, the Smoke bomb is thrown forward. If it hits a Saint, they are given slowness 3 for 1.5s, take [20,25,25] damage, and cannot see very well for 5s.

T: Radar Scan
Its an aura read. See everyone for 3s.

Passive
Dead Eye - Using Bang! costs ammo. You only have [5/10/15] bullets in your ammo supply but can gain more by using Supply drop. When successfully using one of your abilities, increase your run speed by 0.5, capping at 27.5. All speed increases drop back to base if you miss 2 shots in a row.

Abilities
(M1) Jab - Blitz uses the butt of his gun to hit in front of him, dealing 23 dmg 0.1 Wind-up. 1.4 CD
(M2) Bang! - Blitz points his gun ready to shoot. The range and direction will be shown by a long, continuous hitbox only you can see. Once M1 is pressed, he’ll fire in that direction and consume ammo. The effects and cooldown are affected by Special case.
(1) Special Case - Pulls up a window that shows all the bullet types he can use and their effects. Selecting one will change the stats of Bang! 20 CD

  • Heavy shot - Costs 2 bullets. Quicky flying bullet that deals [10/15/20] damage. 25 CD
  • Trap shot - Costs 1 bullet. A slow flying bullet that will fall after travelling [25/30/35] studs. If it hits the floor it becomes a trap that gives slowness to any saint that touches it. If it hits a saint, deal [5/10] damage and instantly give slowness 2. 15 CD
  • Smart shot - Costs 5 bullets. Quicky flying bullet that deals 15 damage on impact. If it were to pass a saint that’s within 30 studs of it, it’ll turn 90 degrees once, twice at level 3. The bullet lasts for 10 seconds. 20 CD

(2) Spray ‘n Pray - Blitz stands still, closes his eyes, and starts rapidly firing bullets in an area in front of him. If any bullet hits, deals 5 damage and increases speed by 0.1 instead of 0.5. Your speed only decreases if you miss every shot of the ability. Spray ‘n Pray uses a bullet every [2/2.5] seconds and ends once you run out of bullets. This ability starts on cooldown. [40/30/30] CD
(3) Supply Drop - Blitz makes a call and marks his current location. After 5 seconds, a supply box will drop at the marked location and will highlight all saints. Interacting with the box will give Blitz +[2/5/7] bullets and will stop highlighting the saints. If a saint interacts with it, they’ll gain a random item and send the supply drop away. If it isn’t interacted within 20 seconds it’ll leave. [45/45/30] CD

What do you think of adding the passive to your concept, and if not, what passive would you add. He technically doesn’t have to have a passive I just want each killer to have some uniqueness.

Punishments/LMS

Whenever one saint is left, and they have a relation to the sinner in the round, a special Punishment will play out, changing almost everything from the objective to the abilities both players have.
Shine vs. Reflect
The map is changed to be a long obstacle course, Both Reflect and shine become much faster. Reflect just has to make it to the end of the course while Shine chases him. Reflect’s 2 abilities are also replaced with Push and Block. Push knocksback the sinner a few studs in the direction Reflect is looking and Block nullifies all damage and gives Reflect a Speed boost. Shine can’t summon minions during the lms but can use Blast off without summoning one.

ok uh possibly my last character idea (like full on character not skins)
Diana “The abandoned hero”
She would mostly attack with her sword,
Think of shed- nah infact screw that.
You know how in forge or like any roblox game ever you take out a sword youre able to free swing?
well my idea for her moveset is similar to this.

First move: Unsheathe.
Diana unsheathes her sword and is able to slash the killer 4 times before she puts it away and it goes on cd, You click the screen (or right trigger 2 on console) in order to slash and each slash has a .7 second stun. (But wait there’s more!) When she takes it out she gets 4 charges, and a new move named recharge!

Recharge (Unsheathe

Diana stands still and recharges her sword for more slashes (max 6) If hit during this she loses all charges and both the killer and her stumble a bit, she gets released first.

Second move: Beacon of hope
Diana puts her sword into the floor, and sets up a beacon, if the killer is within 100 studs or so in the beacon. everyone is alerted of the killers presence.

LMS normal passive:
she cant use recharge anymore but has 7 charges and cd on first move is lowered a bit.

LMS with Colossal:
idk what to mostly do for this but i guess you could do a mock battle grounds game inside of it or anything honestly you choose! as long as it has fighting in it!
ill design her milestones and ill also show off her full design later! its up to @Not-a-creepy-doll if he wants her in game or not! ill also give lore later
