I have a game idea, with multiple features in it. I suggest playing Decaying Winter and Minus Elevation a little bit before helping (its a Roblox game) and yeah.
This game will include:
Inventory System w/ Crafting
Multiple Weapons
Classes and Equipment
Build-making (Before game is Classes and Equipment, during game is the travel packs)
Boss and special floors
And its gonna be a campaign to floor 50
Activate generators to get to next floor (4 per floor)
Procedural generated map
A little bit of lore!
Im gonna need a help on a few aspects but mainly the weapons and crafting/inventory system!

classes: runner: he is the fastest class, can outrun almost all monsters, but monsters can easily detect him, this character is perfect to do risky generators or saving a teammate from a monster.
tank: he has twice the average hp but he’s slow.
survivor: any buffs have their effects increased by 50% (like if the buff gives 10 more speed, it will give 15 speed instead) also he’s faster than the average speed by a small amount but he is slower when doing generators.
observer: every 5 seconds dots will appear around the screen that will show in which direction all the monsters are (1 dot per monster) and they dots will be bigger or smaller depending on how far or close the monster is, he’s also hard to be detected by monsters but has a slower movement speed and is slower at doing generators.

yo i can help with procedural generation (you dont have to scrap it) . I made a 80x80 tile map fully functional dungeon before. Its really cool. So yeah I can help with that if needed.

in the descending fuction make it where it will choose a random map (don’t include the boss map) and it will then randomly place things on the map like the lockers, crates and the generators btw generators are the things with the red thing thats horizontal while the tracker is the red thing that changes to green with each generator finished but the bar is vertical.

a few more things before I start. How big should tilemaps be? is is 2d flat or 2d platfrormer? oh and is there anything the map requires? should there be holes in he floor? should the ground height gange?
