It happens alot on mobile in my experience. I’ve even gave it the nickname of the “stupid annoying” glitch. Reloading the project should do fine.

This usually happens when a tilemap is glitched out somehow. You can exit and open Makecode, then go into that project and drag new tilemaps onto the glitched ones to get rid of them. If the issue persists after replacing the tilemaps, let us know!

It is always the tile map for me. I have broken a few games with this persistent glitch. Usually I wait a week then come back, only for it to happen again in five minutes. 
Yes, this happens sometimes to me, I usually just refresh the page after saving a backup and it works again.
